Welcome to Arkavana™. By accessing our website, programs, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully, as they outline the scope, limitations, and rights of both Arkavana™ and its clients.

1. Nature of Services

Arkavana™ provides non-clinical, therapeutic, and wellness services, including counseling, coaching, education enhancement, and corporate wellness programs.
We are not a medical, psychiatric, or crisis intervention service. Our offerings are intended to complement, not replace, clinical or medical care.
By using Arkavana™ services, you acknowledge that these are supportive in nature and not diagnostic or prescriptive.

2. Eligibility

Services are open to individuals aged 15 and above. For minors (under 18), parental/guardian consent is required.
By engaging with Arkavana™, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into binding agreements.

3. Payment, Refunds, and Rescheduling

All payments are due in advance and must be completed to confirm bookings.
Zero Refund Policy: All fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Session rescheduling is permitted once per plan, provided 48 hours’ notice is given. Missed sessions or no-shows are counted as completed sessions.

4. Confidentiality

Arkavana™ maintains strict confidentiality regarding client information, consistent with ethical standards.
Exceptions apply only when disclosure is required by law or in cases of imminent harm to self or others.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide honest, accurate information in intake forms and sessions.
Clients are responsible for seeking medical or psychiatric support when required, and acknowledge that Arkavana™ services do not substitute professional medical treatment.
Disruptive, abusive, or discriminatory behavior toward therapists or staff will result in immediate termination of services without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and methods, including Arkavana™, Inner Axis™, ArkaPulse™, Family Harmony Plan™, and EEP™, are the exclusive intellectual property of Arkavana Wellness LLP.
No reproduction, redistribution, or unauthorized use is permitted without written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Arkavana™ and its therapists are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.
Clients engage with Arkavana™ voluntarily and accept responsibility for their own decisions and outcomes.

8. Program Validity

Session plans must be completed within their stated validity period (e.g., 60 days for ArkaPulse 8).
Unused sessions after expiry are forfeited and non-refundable.

9. Amendments

Arkavana™ reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.

10. Governing Law
