Refund Policy

1. General Policy

All payments made to Arkavana™ for services, programs, or plans are final and non-refundable. By enrolling in our services, clients acknowledge and accept this policy in full.

2. Why No Refunds?

Arkavana™ programs involve immediate preparation of resources, therapist time allocation, and customized planning from the moment of booking. Because these services are reserved and personalized in advance, refunds are not possible under any circumstance.

3. Rescheduling

  • Clients may reschedule one session per plan with at least 48 hours’ notice.

  • Missed sessions or no-shows will be counted as completed sessions.

  • Rescheduled sessions must occur within the validity period of the chosen plan (e.g., 60 days for ArkaPulse 8).

4. Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered if:

  • Arkavana™ cancels a session or program and cannot provide an alternative date.

  • A technical or billing error results in duplicate payment (verified by our system).

In such cases, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 14 business days.

5. Transfers

Payments are non-transferable between individuals or programs unless explicitly approved by Arkavana™ in writing.

6. Client Responsibility

By making a payment, clients confirm they have:

  • Read and understood Arkavana’s Refund Policy.

  • Accepted that services are non-clinical and non-refundable.

  • Committed to attending sessions within the plan’s validity period.
